2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

    • Customers must bear the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  4. Product Inspection:
    • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  5. Confirmation and Refund:
    • If the product passes inspection, we will notify you of the approval via email/phone.

4. Refund Method

  • As Central Boys operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not issue electric refunds.
  • Refunds are provided in the form of cash.
  • Refund processing time: 7-10 business days after the product is approved.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design:

  • Follow the return process outlined above.
  • Specify the replacement product during your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the order value.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
